Ceyhan Saldanlı was born in 1954 in Denizli. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Electrical-Electronics in 1975.
He worked in public sector between 1975 and 1980. Saldanlı who is one of the founding partners of Elsan Elektrik Gereçleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş. established in 1980 and Tümaş Mermer A.Ş., started his career in energy sector with Aydem A.Ş. in 1991.
Bereket Enerji Üretim A.Ş., established in 1995 was followed by a great number of energy companies. Between 2004-2012, he was assigned as the Chairman of the Board of ELDER Electricity Distribution Services Association. Saldanlı is currently a member of the ELDER Board of Directors and is actively involved in the sector-related organizations.
In addition to his position as the Chairman of the Board of Group companies, Saldanlı currently serves as the Chairman of the Board in Aydem Enerji Grubu A.Ş. which was established in 2015. Ceyhan Saldanlı is married and has 3 children.

Ali Yağlı was born in 1952 in Denizli. He graduated from Istanbul Technical University Faculty of Electrical-Electronics in 1976. In 1980, he became the founding partner of Elsan Elektrik Gereçleri Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş..
In 1990, he was among the founding partners of Özpak and Birleşik Gıda with a group of friends.
He took part in the establishment of Bereket Enerji Üretim A.Ş. in 1995 and later, in the establishment of other various energy companies.
He still serves as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors in group companies. Ali Yağlı is married and has 3 children.
Member of Board/CEO
After receiving a double major in Finance and Business Administration at Florida International University in the USA, he completed an MBA in the same departments at University of Miami in the USA. He started his career at Laurel Oak Financial Services company. He worked as Director at Morgan Stanley, USA between 2005 and 2009, and then he served as the Project Director at NextEra Energy in Miami, USA between 2009 and 2012. He returned to Turkey in 2012, and until 2014 he served as the Project Finance and Commercial Director at TANAP (Trans Anatolian Natural Gas Pipeline) Project which is one of the most important projects in energy sector successfully carried out by Turkey and Azerbaijan so far.
He last served for SOCAR Turkey as CIO, the Chief Investment Officer.
He is married, and has 2 children and Küpeli speaks English and Spanish fluently.
